Alhamdulillah....

da beberape ari demam, arini rasa bertenaga sikit. InsyaAllah, esok lagi sihat.Lusa dah nak p kem kat Lenggong. Di kesempatan ini, Nurul nak ucap Terima Kasih pada kawan2 yang banyak membantu, yg ambil berat tentang nurul. Ade yang jadi tukang picit, ade yang doakan Nurul cepat sembuh n tak lupa ade juga yg delivery my favourite food (chocolate,ice cream n red watermelon) sampai pintu rumah. Terima Kasih semua ye. Saaaaaayang semua!!!!!

Sepanjang tempoh terperok kat dalam bilik ni Alhamdulillah, banyak info yang Nurul dapat daripada sumber2 yg boleh dipercayai. Antaranya ialah larangan2 selepas makan..Baca dan ambillah manfaat daripadanya.
  1. Don't smoke - Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meals is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher)
  2. Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take friuts 1-2 hours after meal @ 1 hour before meal
  3. Don't drink tea - Bcoz tea leaves contain a high content of acid. this substane will cause the protein content in the food consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
  4. Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
  5. Don't Bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of food flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around stomach will therefore decrease.This wiil weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
  6. Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a 100 steps & you will live till 99. In reality this is not true. Walking will case the digestive system unable to absorb nutrition from the food we intake.
  7. Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.
